Movement is everywhere, even in the simplest gestures. In this workshop we will explore how daily motions can become powerful tools for storytelling and self-expression. Using a mix of music styles and guided improvisation, we will unlock the art hidden in the ordinary. In the end, we will combine these elements and learn a Choreography with space for everyone to put its own expression in it. No previous dance experience needed, just an open mind and curiosity.
