Mascha Baschliy is originally from Ukraine. Dancing has been part of her life since she was six years old and remains her greatest passion today. As a West German Champion, German Champion, and international soloist in Hip-Hop and Disco Dance, she spent many years dancing at a high level in the competitive scene. At the same time, she completed her training as a state-certified contemporary dancer, further deepening her technical and artistic foundation.

In her classes, she combines Jazz, Modern, and urban elements into a powerful and expressive fusion. Technique forms the basis, while choreography and personal expression take center stage. It is important to her to constantly push her dancers to their limits so they can grow beyond themselves. At the same time, she places great value on her dancers—regardless of age or level—developing their skills and feeling the joy of dancing.

As a choreographic assistant for the NW Company, she was involved in the opening show of the Special Olympics Berlin 2022, festival tours with Kraftklub, and the Mitsubishi project for Fashion Week, among others.
